Australia to Export Boxer to Germany
In principle, Australia has agreed to deliver over 100 Australian-made Boxer armoured combat vehicles to Bundeswehr.

Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese said that the agreement would boost the country’s economy by about one billion Australian dollars (approximately 664 million US dollars) and that this deal is among the largest defence export deals in the history of Australia.

German defence contractor Rheinmetall began making the Boxer Combat Reconnaissance Vehicles (CRV) in northeastern Queensland state at the Military Vehicle Centre of Excellence (MILVEHCOE) in March under a contract to supply 211 vehicles to the Australian military. German Army’s Boxer vehicles will also be built in the same facility.
