Our foundation firms, or usually public-oriented businesses, should focus on strategic and medium-long-term business, paving the way for the private sector and our SMEs. We realise that this is a priority for all of our foundation firms. However, we must enhance, demonstrate, and deepen our commitment to this subject. At this moment, instead of attempting to exist in all domains, our public-focused enterprises should properly apply the focus policy. Focusing on areas of expertise, knowledge, and talent rather than spreading the major emphasis points is a key idea for good human resource and budget management."
