The company said this was in response to the dynamics of Business to Business (B2B) sales that have changed rapidly over the past few years, especially during and after COVID-19. Some notable changes include B2B organizations turning to digital channels to drive customer engagement.
Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva attended Embraer's Gripen E final assembly line opening. It was announced last month that Saab and Embraer would collaborate on the C-390 Millennium Multirole Transport Aircraft and the Gripen Fighter Jet, in which they will share technology and expertise for both aircraft.
Brazilian Air Force awarded the contract for the supply of 36 Gripens in 2014. The production line at Embraer will receive aerostructures manufactured at Saab's plants in Linköping, Sweden, and São Bernardo do Campo, State of São Paulo.
