The Khibiny EW system mounted on the Su-34 frontline bomber will be upgraded to minimize the pilot’s role so that the operation will become more automated.

The Khibiny is an airborne electronic warfare system. Russia uses the Khibiny EW suite to turn its aircraft invisible to enemy radars. The EW suite can generate decoy jamming and breach enemy multi-layered air defences.
