ASELSAN announced the tests of GÖKBERK laser weapon alongside the upgraded versions of İHTAR C-UAS jammer, EJDERHA/AD HPeM weapon for DRONEDEF C-UAS system.
ASELSAN tested its new C-UAS effectors to counter the rising UAV threat within the Steel Dome structure: upgraded İHTAR C-UAS jammer, EJDERHA/AD 210 HPeM weapon, and GÖKBERK laser weapon unveiled at SAHA EXPO 2026. The three effectors will act as the parts of the DRONEDEF integrated C-UAS system that also includes the two new variants of the ŞAHİN weapon system and GÖKALP interceptor UAV system.
The upgraded İHTAR C-UAS jammer features a new jammer design and fixed AESA radars as the primary upgrades in performance and detection capabilities. The baseline İHTAR uses the rotating type AURA 100-G radar.
EJDERHA/AD 210 is the refined version of EJDERHA/AD 200 HPeM weapon featuring a larger antenna, coaxial IR camera, and a mast-mounted AURA 100-G radar. The system keeps its towed layout like the first version.
