The State Department has decided to approve a possible Foreign Military Sale (FMS) to the Finland of AIM 9X Block II tactical missiles, AGM-154 Joint Stand-Off Weapons (JSOW) and related equipment for an estimated cost of $323.3 million. The Defence Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale today.
Finland has requested to buy 40 AIM 9X Block II tactical missiles, four AIM 9X Block II tactical guidance units, and 48 AGM-154 Joint Stand-Off Weapons (JSOW). The total estimated cost is $323.3 million.
