Turkish Aerospace, TUSAŞ's twin-engine UAV Aksungur has surpassed 1000 flight hours. The UAV is based on single-engine ANKA UAV, and it is developed in 18 months.

Aksungur UAV which was developed with domestic and national means and broke the record for flying with and without weapons continues to serve in the field. Aksungur UAV can perform uninterrupted multi-role intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance and attack missions with its high payload capacity. It provides operation flexibility beyond the line of sight, thanks to SATCOM.

Aksungur made its first flight in 2019, and its first mission flight took place in the second quarter of 2021 and has reached 1000 hours in a very short time.
