HGK-82, with the Highest Local Production, Passes the Tests
The Precision Guidance Kit-82 (HGK-82), designed by TÜBİTAK SAGE and certified for the F-4 and F-16 platforms, passed the mass production acceptance tests. HGK-82 is a GPS/INS guidance kit that transforms existing 500 lb Mk-82 general-purpose bombs into the air to ground smart weapons, which can be released multiple by using BRU 57 ejector rack. The HGK-82 has the highest locality rate in the air force inventory. The kit also includes ATLAS and KAŞİF navigation systems developed by TÜBİTAK SAGE.
