President of Defence Industries Professor İsmail Demir stated that Turkish aircraft would have precision strikes and high effectiveness against targets. It is also learned that the bomb had a particle effect, and TNT was used.
The proximity fuse automatically detonates an explosive device when the target’s distance becomes smaller than a predetermined value. Proximity fuses are designed for targets such as planes, missiles, ships at sea, and ground forces. It is estimated that such an explosion increases lethality by five to ten times.
