NATO’s Eye on the Black Sea
UK Ministry of Defence announced from its Twitter account that the UK chaired a QUINT meeting – NATO Allies supporting Ukraine.

United Kingdom, Canada, Lithuania, Poland and the US attended the meeting along with Ukraine. The tweeter says, “We will always take an active role deterring threats alongside our NATO Allies and partners like Ukraine.” It also adds what was discussed as NATO QUINT nations and Ukraine Defence Minister; "Increasing joint exercises in the Black Sea, progressing capacity building and NATO interoperability and sharing expertise in countering Russian malign activity were discussed."

It is worth noting that Ukraine was the only Black Sea country represented. Other the Black Sea and NATO ally countries Romania, Bulgaria, and Turkey with the most prolonged cost to the Black Sea did not meet.
