Lockheed Martin Extents its C-130J-30 Super Hercules fleet to the Philippines
The purchasing mechanism will be carried out through Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) between the Department of National Defence of the Philippines and the manufacturer Lockheed Martin, not Foreign Military Sales (FMS) through the US Department of Defence (DoD).However, no official announcement has been made by DND, PAF and Lockheed Martin.
