India Receives the Last of 36 Rafales
Indian Air Force (IAF) received on December 15, the 36th and last Dassault-made Rafale fighter jet from France, and tweeted, "The Pack is Complete."
India received the first batch of jets on July 29, 2020. The IAF equipped them with all the India-specific enhancements. 36 Rafale fighters are stationed in West Bengal at Ambala, Haryana and Hasimara. The IAF operationalised the long-range Meteor air-to-air missiles along with the Scalp and HAMMER air-to-ground missiles.India Receives the Last of 36 Rafales
