BN-2 aircraft are procured from Brazil. It is known that the readiness level of the country’s aircraft is fairly low.Air Corps of the Guyana Defence Force operates under civil rules and regulations. This means that HAL Dornier-228 aircraft procurement requires civilian certification to become concrete. On the other hand, Indian-made aircraft are known for their problems and low operation lifecycle. Some countries suffered because of this reason for another aircraft in the past.
