At the time, 30 Talios pods had already been delivered, which coincided with the arrival of the first Rafales upgraded to the F3R standard in AAE squadrons and naval aviation flotillas. Suppose it has been almost systematically associated with the Rafale in the Ministry of the Armed Forces communication. In that case, the TALIOS pod will also equip the Mirage 2000 RMV [for Upgraded at Mid-Life]. Tests were recently carried out in this direction by the DGA Flight Testing Centre of Expertise and Testing in Cazaux. The aircraft also has laser-guided air-to-ground weapon guidance, long-distance damage assessment, and target reconnaissance.

“The General Directorate of Armaments carried out a flight of shock and vibration measurements suffered by an instrumented model of the Talios designation POD during a gun firing campaign on Mirage 2000D to the ‘Mid-life upgrade’ standard of the “Air and Space Force”, indicated the DGA, on social media on January 11. “
