The contract, which was negotiated by Defence Equipment and Support (DE&S), the UK Ministry of Defence’s procurement arm, will cover all of Britain’s military requirements. They’ll be transported from the warehouse to the front lines with it. The operations are expected to save the ministry £54 million.
