Airbus May Merge Fighter Jet Offices
According to union sources, Airbus may merge two separate fighter jet businesses as part of a broader reorganization of its Defence & Space (ADS) division.

Airbus is aligning its combat aircraft programs. The aircraft manufacturer’s “Defence and Space” subsidiary could bring together its various teams that develop combat aircraft within a single entity, according to union sources cited by Reuters. The project plans to bring together the activity of military air systems - including Airbus’ contribution to the Eurofighter - and oversee the group’s participation in the Future Air Combat System (FCAS) developed jointly between France, Germany and Spain.
