TUSAŞ Engine ING (TEI) continues its works on aerial engines. The company has already produced PD-170 engine which are used at Turkish Aerospace (TUSAŞ) Male class UAV ANKA. The engine is used at ANKA-2 (Aksungur) UAV too. Three PD-170 engines are already sent to Baykar company to be used at the development phase of TB3. The PD-170 has a new version PD-222 providing 225 HP. The President and CEO of TEI, Professor Mahmut Akşit talked about PD-222 at Teknofest 21.
