DYNAMIC MONARCH / KURTARAN-2021 SUBMARINE SEARCH AND RESCUE EXERCISE  1. DYNAMIC MONARCH/KURTARAN-2021 is a submarine search and rescue exercise that will be conducted in Eastern Mediterranean between 12-24 September 2021 with assets from Turkish Naval Forces, NATO Centre for Maritime Research and Experimentation (CMRE) and friendly forces. 2. The aim of DYNAMIC MONARCH KURTARAN-2021 is to train participants in planning, conducting and assessment of submarine search and rescue, improve and enhance interoperability among rescue elements from different countries and commands.
