The TF-X is a Presidency of Defence Industries project carried out by TUSAŞ. Mr Zengin explained how they train young engineers and manufacture aircraft simultaneously. Zengin stated that they have started to manufacture pieces they will begin to assemble by March. The front fuselage, the central fuselage, the central fuselage wing module and the rear fuselage will be assembled by August. He hopes to have a roll-out ready green aircraft at the end of 2022.
