Türkiye and the UAE Signed 13 Deals Worth 50.7 Billion US Dollars
Türkiye and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on Wednesday signed a total of 13 deals worth 50.7 billion US dollars, according to Anadolu Agency.

The Directorate of Communications of Turkiye said that the two sides had reached an agreement to form a High-Level Strategic Council, which the presidents of Türkiye and the UAE will chair.
Türkiye’s relations with the UAE have been upgraded to the level of a strategic partnership as a result of the agreement, the Agency said and added, “The parties also decided to advance their existing cooperation in areas such as energy, transportation, infrastructure, logistics, e-commerce, finance, health, food, tourism, real estate, construction, defence industry, artificial intelligence, and advanced technology.”
The total value of the agreements signed in this area is $50.7 billion.
Expressing satisfaction with developing dialogue and close cooperation on the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations with the UAE, Erdogan said Türkiye aims to strengthen the legal infrastructure with the UAE in various fields, including investment promotion, security, renewable energy and transportation.
Erdoğan said that the cooperation between the two countries will progress further with the International Defence Industry Exhibition (IDEF), which will be held in Istanbul on July 25-28.
Erdoğan expressed his pleasure to be invited as the guest of honour at the Abu Dhabi International Book Fair.
