Korea to acquire MK 54 Lightweight Torpedoes for  MH-60Rs
The State Department has decided to approve a possible Foreign Military Sale (FMS) to the Republic of Korea of MK 54 Lightweight Torpedoes and related equipment for an estimated cost of $130 million. The Defence Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale.

The Republic of Korea (ROK) requests to buy 31 MK 54 All-round Lightweight Torpedoes. Also included are Recoverable Exercise Torpedo (REXTORP) for training. The estimated total program cost is $130 million. ROK intends to utilize the MK 54 Lightweight Torpedoes on their MH-60R helicopter.
