The new president of the Defence Industry Agency (SSB), Professor Haluk Görgün, made his first statement about the new position since his assignment. Görgün shared his vision on his personal social media account. Görgün thanked President Erdoğan for his decision to appoint him as the president of SSB and said, “We will follow the path of independence and nationality drawn by him in the duty as the President of the Defence Industry Agency. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to His Excellency as I will continue to work on behalf of our country. The task is great; the faith is full.”
