AKINCI UCAV Test Fires Cruise Missile Çakır
Roketsan's ÇAKIR cruise missile is test fired from AKINCI UCAV. ÇAKIR, released from the UCAV, made its first flight with the Kale KTJ-1750 engine.

ÇAKIR, the mini cruise missile developed by Roketsan, was tested for the first time from Baykar's Akıncı UCAV. The missile has a range of 150 km. The missile is 30 kg less than its original plan.

The new Cruise Missile ÇAKIR provides many options as it can be launched from fixed and rotary wing aircraft, surface and land vehicles. It is effective against ground and surface targets. ÇAKIR's mission can be abolished or altered with its network-based data link.
