Chica: France has to Reorganise DGA
Emmanuel Chica, a member of the executive committee of DGA and the Director of the Defence Innovation Agency, spoke to the podcast of the French Ministry of the Armed Forces Defcast.Chica says the transition to a war economy is the primary motivation for the transformation.
