The Defence Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale today. The Foreign Military Sale (FMS) includes mission systems for Vessels of Opportunity (VOO) and related equipment.

Australia has requested to buy SURTASS-E mission systems for Vessels of Opportunity (VOO), a shore processing mission system. The estimated total cost is $207 million.
