The boat is powered by two 250 outboard motors and reaches a top speed of 40 knots. The boat has a range of 80 miles at top speed and 120 nautical miles at optimum cruising speed. The KN-35 will be able to serve in rivers, lakes, and oceans as the Gendarmerie requires.
