Within the framework of Turkiye’s National Ship Project (MİLGEM), four ships are being built for the Pakistani Navy. Two ships of the project, undertaken by the Ministry of Defence ASFAT Inc., are being made in Turkiye and two vessels in Pakistan. “PNS BADR”, the third ship of PN MİLGEM, will be launched in Pakistan tomorrow with the participation of Turkish Defence Minister Hulusi Akar. The ship is numbered third but it is the second vessel to launch. The first MİLGEM is expected to be delivered to the Pakistani Navy in 2023.
