ASELSAN Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO Professor Haluk Görgün, who attended the delivery ceremony, gave information about ASELSAN products on the tank. Professor Görgün explains that ASELSAN provides the entire electronic warfare system of the Altay tank, including communication, radar, sighting systems and electro/optics. The active protection system AKKOR has ASELSAN’s signature on it. Professor Görgün underlines that the communication system is so efficient that it is possible to use a tank as a Command Control Centre. ASELSAN provides this solution packet to both eastern and western tanks worldwide.
