Two OPVs TCG AKHİSAR and TCG KOÇHİSAR launched
Turkish Defence Ministry launched two Hisar class OPVs. The ships were constructed at Istanbul Shipyard Command.

Turkish Defence Ministry launched two Hisar-class Offshore Patrol ships, TCG AKHİSAR and TCG KOÇHİSAR, constructed for the Turkish Navy. The construction of the two ships started six months apart.
