The Ukrainian Navy Rear Admiral Oleksiy Neizhpapa has revealed some details about armed UAV and missile systems for the Ukrainian Navy.


Ukrinform news agency published the interview with the commander. Neizhpapa reminded that, on December 14, Ukraine and Turkey signed agreements on technology transfer and production of ADA Class anti-submarine corvettes and Bayraktar armed unmanned aerial vehicles in the interests of the Ukrainian Navy.

According to the Rear Admiral, the unmanned complex set will be received by the end of 2021.

The UAVs will patrol on the Azov and the Black Sea operational zones, illuminate targets and engage in targets with Smart Micro Munition, both at sea and on land.

By the end of the year, the Ukrainian Navy will receive a divisional set of the RK-360MC Neptune coastal missile system.
