Turkiye conducts transport aircraft retrofitting activities
locally, thanks to infrastructure based in Kayseri. The retrofit process of the
third A400M is completed in Kayseri 2nd Airforce Maintenance Factory. Turkish
Air Force is planning to retrofit its other six aircraft.
Facilities based in Kayseri is the sole Airbus-certified maintenance, repair and retrofit centre worldwide. This brings new opportunities for both Turkiye and foreign A400M users.
