Turkiye’s indigenous fighter jet TF was spotted on ground tests. There were claims two weeks ago on social media that TF's engines were integrated and the aircraft was on ground tests, but the claims were not materialised with photos. For the first time, the fighter is seen with its engines.
The twin-engine aircraft has General Electric's F-110 engine on board. Turkiye knows this engine well, as Turkish Air Force's F-16s use this engine.
Turkish Aerospace CEO Professor Temel Kotil shared the photos of the aircraft on his social media accounts.TF is expected to perform its maiden flight in 2023.
