The largest and most
modern frigate in the Pakistan Navy is built in China by China State Shipbuilding
Corp. Ltd. The PN ordered four frigates of Type 054A. The PNS Tughril is the
first of four vessels in the series.
The Philippines and Pakistan established diplomatic relations in 1949. To increase economic commerce, the two nations relaunched the Pakistan-Philippines Joint Business Forum and Council in March 2018.
