Nurol Makina’s Ejder Yalçın (Gidrán) is spotted at the Hungarian Border
After the Russian attack on Ukraine, the border units of neighbouring countries were alarmed. Civilians fleeing the war headed west. While Hungary became a shelter for civilians, the prime minister of this country also supervised the preparations on the border.
Nurol Makina’s Tactical Wheeled Armoured Vehicle Ejder Yalçın was spotted during Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán’s visit to the border. Hungary imported these vehicles and uses them under the name of Gidrán. Prime Minister Orbán shared photos with the vehicles from his personal Instagram account. One of the photos indicates that he actually preferred the car for his protection too.
Nurol Makina delivered 40 armoured vehicles to Hungary. Ejder Yalçın has been actively used by many countries in the Middle East, Gulf Region, Asia, Africa and Europe. It is used in both NATO and United Nations missions.
