The organisation intends to improve its defence industry effectiveness,
hire foreign advisers, and export its products. Employees who were previously
recruited for the Institution are about to decide career under the new name.
The administration solicited input from workers and employees. They will
either continue to work for the company with a higher salary and new
responsibilities, or they will be transferred to another state body and
continue to work as before. Some chose to stay, while others preferred to
leave.
