US Navy's F-35C fell in the sea on Monday while seven seamen were injured. The wreckage of the plane drifting in the waters of the South China Sea was leaked two days after the accident. Recently a video was released showing a landing of F-35C on an aircraft carrier. The US Navy verified the authenticity of the video clip, as well as a photo of F-35C Lightning II debris floating in the sea, in a statement to CNN.

The F-35C fighter jet could be seen approaching the USS Carl Vinson's deck from afar in the video recorded onboard the carrier. Soon after the final approach and landing, a loud bang could be heard, and a plume of white smoke appeared before the clip cuts off.

A photo of the plane wreckage floating in the South China Sea was taken and then released on the internet. The US Navy verified the veracity of the film in a CNN interview. “The ship has assessed that the video and photo covered by media today were taken onboard USS 'Carl Vinson'... during the crash,” Cmdr. Hayley Sims told the Tv Channel on Friday.
