Dassault published information about the agreement. The announcement is saying that a deal for Phase 1B of the FCAS. Phase 2 covers the manufacturing of the prototype, which is planned for 2029. Parties determined 2027 for the first technology demonstrator, but the date was delayed to 2029 after reshaping the timeline.
