Bayraktar Akıncı Exhibited at NAVDEX

IDEX International Defence Exhibition and Conference and NAVDEX Maritime Defence and Maritime Security Event were held simultaneously in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Baykar company's Akıncı UAV was exhibited for the first time at an international defence industry event.

Unmanned aerial vehicles manufacturer Baykar also opened a stand within the scope of the NAVDEX Naval Defence and Maritime Security Exhibition and hosted its visitors.Baykar exhibited the actual Bayraktar Akıncı UCAV, which was transported to the UAE by cargo plane. The UAV was introduced with its ammunition.Baykar signed an agreement with five countries for Bayraktar Akıncı and 30 countries for Bayraktar TB2 UAV.The company will make its first delivery this year within the scope of export contracts and is also negotiating to add new ones to its sales. In the defence backstage, it is said that Baykar has signed a significant contract with UAE for Akıncı and plans to invest in the country.
